And for the trip down the mountain it takes about 4 hours to go down the mountain.
On a normal climb So to start the climb from Pura Pasar Agung which has a height of 1,600m. So from the beginning of this climb you only need a 7 km journey to the actual peak with a route that starts from a dirt road and when you reach an altitude of 2,000m you will find a rocky and slightly dirt path but the route is safe because it is equipped with ropes and steps on the climbing path to the peak.

Itinerary From Initial Pickup to End of Climbing :
- At 22.00 WIB: This is the pick-up time starting from Ubud, Denpasar, Canggu, Kuta Seminyak locations. Pick-up from the hotel where you are staying if you need a pick-up and delivered by a large and comfortable car. Pick-up times may change depending on where you are staying in Bali, we serve pick-ups throughout Bali,
- 23.30 WIB: Arrive at the Mount Agung climbing registration office
- 23.30 WIB – 00.00 WIB: prepare climbing equipment while enjoying warm coffee and fried bananas provided by the guide at the starting point of the climb.
- 00.15 WIB : Register your name before starting the climb and after that handover of climbing equipment such as trekking poles, headlamps and gloves and we immediately start climbing
- 03.00 WIB : Arrive at the campsite area post 1 and rest area 2,300m, rest, drink water and eat food for energy to continue climbing to the highest peak 3,142m
- 05.30 WIB : Arrive at the peak 3,142m
- 05.30 WIB : The climbing guide prepares breakfast, coffee/tea menu, bread, fried bananas and some snacks while enjoying the view
- 06.00 AM : Enjoy the beautiful sunrise with views of Mount Batur and Mount Rinjani and the guide will also take interesting photos and videos for you
- 07.00 AM : Get ready to descend from the peak after seeing all the beautiful views at the peak
- 09.30 AM : Arrive at the starting point of Pasar Agung and the driver is waiting for you and ready for the return trip to hotel
- 10:00 AM : Morning approaching noon the driver is ready to take you back to your hotel or homestay where you are staying
